Pass

Represents a scene state, with specified object setting overrides and render settings.

 

Parameters

 

Clear User Defined Properties

Clears all user defined properties on scene objects.

 

Deactivate All Atmospherics

Deactivates all the atmospherics in 3ds Max's environments and effects.

 

Remove All Render Elements

Clears the active list of render elements.

 

Unhide All Layers

Will unhide all the layers found in 3ds max.

 

Hide All Objects

Hides all the objects in 3ds Max.

 

Unhide Current Objects

Will forcibly unhide any objects contained in the current chain of connections.

 


 

Shot

This node will iterate through all the connected Pass nodes.

 

Parameters

 

Camera Name

The name of the camera. Case sensitivity is ignored.

For more information see the Using * Wildcard.

 

Set Active Viewport

Will assign the current camera as the active viewport.

 

Time Output Override

Set Time Range

The name of the camera. Case sensitivity is ignored.

 

Disabled

Does not affect the render output range.

 

Get From Camera Name

Uses the name of the camera to define the start and end frame values.

Specified Range

Uses the values below to set the final render output frame range.

 

Every Nth Frame

Defines the number of frames to skip in the output frame range.

 

Start Frame

Defines the first frame in the render output frame range.

 

End Frame

Defines the last frame in the render output frame range.
